Ask
Dr. Vernon:
More
and more penis enlargement sites are popping up on the web.
I found
that for the most part, these sites
are all offering the same "natural enlargement" methods..
a series of exercises and techniques designed specifically for enlarging
the penis. Often referred to as "Ancient Techniques" (cultural
rituals dating back centuries), these methods are simple enough
to perform. The basic notion is that by forcing blood into the penis
through a series of stretching and stroking exercises, the cells
within the penis wall are broken down, then built back up. This
rejuvenation of cells creates a larger organ overall, in both length
and girth.
All
of the sites that I researched are selling their exercises in the
form of an online manual.
In
recent articles, I've mentioned my belief that pumps, weights and
stretchers DO work.. if used correctly and with much safety. However,
natural penis enlargement seems the smarter route to take.. no painful
gadgets or complicated instruction books to figure out. Thousands
of men swear by these simple "ancient" exercises. So,
who am I to argue?

PENIS
ENLARGEMENT EXERCISES
The
premise is a popular one, and more and more guys are trying out
these techniques for themselves. Essentially, they consist of different
exercises which are performed on a regular basis, usually 5 to 6
days a week. Some of them are "stretching" methods which
elongate the length of the penis over a period of time, and others
are "jelqing" techniques (also called "milking")
which aid in increasing both the length and the girth of the penis.
The
key to size growth is breaking down the cells in the penis by forcing
blood into them and stretching them out. The penis "repairs"
itself by regrowing the cells, expanding the erectile tissue and
allowing the penis to hold more blood. End result: the penis becomes
longer and thicker.
Many
websites offer these techniques, but be careful... some will charge
you a lot of money, others will skimp on the information and a few
sites boost their price enormously by including needless items such
as "instruction videos" or "chatrooms". These
are useless. All you need are simple easy-to-read instructions!
Enlargement exercises are not difficult to perform!
A variety
of "penis experts" offer handy tips on what to look for
and what to avoid.
Of
all the enlargement options available, exercises such as these seem
to be the most practiced worldwide. Based on the slew of testimonials
that we have read in emails and on web-forums, these techniques
really seem to work for a lot of men.
Results
are not always fast, though. Don't think you're going to gain an
inch overnight. It can take anywhere between 2-6 months to see significant
results. Some men don't see changes in their size for a year. It
takes patience and diligence. It takes commitment.
However,
if you're willing to devote the necessary time, you might be pleasantly
surprised with the results. Just make sure you go with a reputable
company. Make sure you're purchasing the 'real' exercises, and not
fake ones.

EXPERT
ADVICE:
What
should men look for in a
Penis
Enlargement Website?
We
sent a questionnaire to different online physicians, sex therapists
and so-called "penis experts". We asked them their views
on non-surgical penis enlargement and what specifically men should
look for in websites offering these sorts of methods. Here are some
random anonymous responses that we received.
Expert
#1 (online sex therapist)
"Select
a site that you trust. It's a very hard thing to do when there are
so many sharks in the water. Beware of poor imitations. E-mail the
company and ask questions if you need to. Don't fall prey to sites
that claim to 'double your penis size!'. That simply doesn't happen."
Neither does a 4" size increase!"
Expert
#2 (enlargement web-forum moderator)
"Choose
a site or company that has researched these techniques thoroughly.
Many of these websites don't know what they're talking about half
the time. It's better to spend your money on a site that offers
a lot of valuable information at a reasonable cost... no different
than if you were buying a good self-help manual from the bookstore."
Expert
#3 (consulting firm associate)
"Don't
overspend on sites offering online video tutorials. These videos
are supposed to show you how penis enlargement exercises work. Many
times though, they're nothing but cheap-looking animated gifs that
show men masturbating. Pictures and diagrams aren't always helpful
either. Sometimes the photos display something completely different
from what the directions say, confusing the whole process. There
are a couple of sites that offer some worthwhile videos and pictures
if that's something really important to you."
Expert
#4 (urology technician)
"Consider
your personal health and safety first. If you're seriously considering
penis enlargement or are experiencing abnormal penis growth, it's
a good idea to consult your own urologist or physician."
Expert
#5 (online medical expert)
"Do
some research of your own if you're skeptical of enlargement programs.
Explore all solutions... surgery, pumps, weights, exercises. They
may not all work, but at least you're well-informed."
Expert
#6 (writer for Men's Health Magazine)
"Be
cautious of sites claiming to cure Peyronie's Disease or other serious
penile conditions! Peyronies is a serious disorder that should be
treated strictly by a physician. I've personally spoken with two
men who have worsened their condition by attempting to straighten
their penises using enlargement exercises. One of the men is in
agony most of the time, and the other man ended up having major
surgery."
Expert
#7 (Editor, adult website newsletter)
"Go
with the more reputable companies who express an interest in seriously
helping you get results. These are the ones that look after their
customers and are more likely to help you achieve penis growth.
That's just good business practice."
Expert
#8 (sexual health product distributor)
"Be
careful of "Doctor-Approved" sites. Write the company
and ask for proof of the doctor's credentials. These physicians
are often NOT board-certified members of the medical profession.
They're sometimes second-rate psychologists or Third World Country
quacks. Many "doctors" are just interested in a little
extra income given to them for their "endorsements". Please
know that some sites are endorsed by actual, honest-to-goodness
physicians. Those are the sites that are to be trusted. You have
to find them first, though!"
